Hello guys

Just made a profile to hear your opinions on which Brazilian player had the hardest freekick of all time. Yes, players like Roberto Carlos, John Arne Riise, Paul Scholes, Adriano etc all have/had powerful shots, but how do they compare to former Brazilian players like Branco, Eder, Rivelino and Nelinho?

From what I have heard, read and seen, Eder is considered by many to have the most powerful freekick of all time, although you cant really call that a fact. People tend to have different opinions on subjects like this:)

I am especially interested in inputs from Brazilian members of this forum, as they/you may have some further information and a better overall view.

Inputs?

Not many replies here, but thanks for your input. I have not seen much from Nelinho, other than the goal vs Italy.

Is it true that Eder shot a freekick at 174 kph? Or is it just rumours?

I have always had the impression that Eder's shots were the most powerful in history, but then again, I haven't seen much from Nelinho..
