French outfit Monaco have come in with a massive £15 million (€24m) bid for Chelsea super-sub Tore Andre Flo in an effort to prise him away from the club.

After David Trezeguet’s departure to Italy, the club are keen to bolster their attack and could use part of the monies received from ‘keeper Fabien Barthez.

The London club are trying to hold on to their Norwegian hit man but the right offer could cause them to re-think.

The player’s agent, Gunnar Martin Kjenner, said: “So far, Chelsea are sticking to their guns and saying they will not sell. We will have to see what happens.”

It's now reported that Vialli wants keep Flo, possibly as stand-in for new recruits Gudjohansson and Hasselbaink. the only striker leaving will be Sutton. :)
