nasty nick said:How sad 1-1. We're the best team in Serie A this year, but when we don't play for 90 minutes we don't deserve winning, the sad thing is that Juve don't need to play at all and still they win their games in on way or another![]()
this is only partly it IMO. We lost because we didn't care about the game, we got just what we deserved. In the second half we where just playing off the game, players where jogging around (could even be seen in the first half) and everyones mind was on tuesday. I hate, I really hate seeing my team play with this little heart... practically no heart at all, I could talk about players and substitutions, but when the majority don't treat this as a real game then this is the end result.nasty nick said:1-1, screw Ancelotti. How can we play catenaccio for the last 40 minutes Vs Brescia at home, this is pathetic? :rollani:
I absolutely agree that the result is our fault. Ancelotti is not to blame. He did make defensive substitutions, but they were needed, believe me. Brescia were cutting through easily. Ambrosini was brought in to counter Caracciolo, and Pancaro to move Serginho up to midfield. It's the players' attitude that was at fault, not Ancelotti or his defensive mindset. And he did send in Crespo for Gattuso after Wome's equalizer.Ahsan said:Brescia continued to work hard and had quite a few opportunities to equalise. In the end, we were the architects of our own downfall.
We made some bad decisions and we paid for it. Brescia worked hard and probably deserved to get something out of it.
Let's hope that Fiorentina can get a good result against Juventus. There is absolutely no need for us to panic.
No need to even mention! The tought is ridicolous IMO. It is easy to conclude that game was one of the reasons we looked bad today. and that they won't be waltzing in that game.Ruffian said:Brescia fully deserved the draw IMO. We're lucky it wasn't worse than that. Inter must be hoping they'll face this Milan next Tuesday.![]()
It is the players' responsibility to perform on the pitch. I'm not blaming Carlo. In fact, we shouldn't be so negative. We should remain positive and hope that Fiorentina get a good result against Juventus.Ruffian said:I absolutely agree that the result is our fault. Ancelotti is not to blame. I wasn't even surprised when that goal came. It had been on the books during the whole second half. I hope the guys can remember, from now until the end of the season, that if you don't play for 90 minutes, you won't win.

The only things left to say are that Rui's goal was a beauty, more like a free kick curving into the goal than an ordinary shot, and Forza Fiorentina!
Take it easy! We have thrown away vital points, but you might end up doing the same thing.Andy said:roud: Aww, such a shame.
You lot were pathetic tonight.
