Milan already won the match
I hadn't realized Diavolo-disease had already spread to the Brescia forum. ;) As long as our team doesn't think the same as you, HS, we might have a chance against Brescia. A small one.

Fans (the Curvas, really) make an "alliance" with the fans of another team, don't ask me on what basis exactly. It's called a gemellaggio, literally a "twinning". Some teams have a lot of these twinnings, but Milan only have Brescia. Diavolo could explain it better, but he may be getting ready for his big business trip and might not have the time. :)

Do you think we can swap him back to our cugini and try to get Adriano this time ?
That would make everyone happy, since Inter need a decent defender and Adriano wants to play for Milan. He said so himself.

In the Coppa. That pretty much proves my point, doesn't it?

IMO Nesta needs playing time. He wasn't fully fit against Inter. Sheva probably does too, after such a long layoff. It's amazing how he manages to score goals in spite of that. Most other strikers need a lot more playing time before getting back into goal-scoring shape.

The guys are playing well, but Brescia aren't giving up. They're taking as much advantage as they can of the fact that Milan is on the attack. They had five shots on goal to Milan's one. Fortunately, Milan's went in. :D

We're seeing a beautiful passing game from Milan. Unfortunately, JDT missed an absolutely open goal. What is it with Danes and Milan these days? :( However, he did stop a very hard Di Biagio freekick with his face, and he's working hard.

The defense isn't looking airtight. It's partly due to the fact that Cafu and Serginho aren't spending much time at the back, and partly because Costacurta and Nesta aren't used to playing together too much IMO.

Costacurta is the captain and looks totally cool. Maybe he can take over the position once Maldini retires. :D

Brescia continued to work hard and had quite a few opportunities to equalise. In the end, we were the architects of our own downfall.

We made some bad decisions and we paid for it. Brescia worked hard and probably deserved to get something out of it.

Let's hope that Fiorentina can get a good result against Juventus. There is absolutely no need for us to panic.
I absolutely agree that the result is our fault. Ancelotti is not to blame. He did make defensive substitutions, but they were needed, believe me. Brescia were cutting through easily. Ambrosini was brought in to counter Caracciolo, and Pancaro to move Serginho up to midfield. It's the players' attitude that was at fault, not Ancelotti or his defensive mindset. And he did send in Crespo for Gattuso after Wome's equalizer.

I wasn't even surprised when that goal came. It had been on the books during the whole second half. I hope the guys can remember, from now until the end of the season, that if you don't play for 90 minutes, you won't win.

Brescia fully deserved the draw IMO. We're lucky it wasn't worse than that. Inter must be hoping they'll face this Milan next Tuesday. :(

The only things left to say are that Rui's goal was a beauty, more like a free kick curving into the goal than an ordinary shot, and Forza Fiorentina!

No need to even mention! The tought is ridicolous IMO. It is easy to conclude that game was one of the reasons we looked bad today. and that they won't be waltzing in that game.
You're probably right, but it wasn't a pleasant game to watch. Not for a Milan supporter anyway. ;) Anyway, Juve have screwed up too, so no real harm done, I suppose. I had hoped that by now Milan would be able to keep their concentration for a "little" Serie A game even with a big CL game coming up. Oh well...

I always defended Ancelotti, because even Milan's tiffozi often criticize him...but on Saturday Milan lost two points because of Carleto. Why he began to play with just 1 straiker from 60 minute? Why he replaced Clarence with Pancaro?
Because our defense was getting murdered out there. Ancelotti saved Milan's one miserable point.
