The Chelsea-Milan match was supposed to be played in Montreal...after the 56 thousand crowd Montreal got in the middle of winter (last month) for an A league game (Concacaf Champions League) they were the shoe in but as usual the city wouldn't budge on negotiations and they lost it to Baltimore..sad..the crowd would have easily surpassed 60 thousand
doubt I will make the matches ...have been to a few but its a fun 'day out' at best and pales in comparison to the real deal ... atmosphere is way too geared towards kids and pr more than anything else..just missing the passion..

nice to hear nonetheless

Why is this played in Boston anyway? I would imagine cities like New York, LA or even Chicago would have a bigger audience, especially in terms of people who would like sawker.

Cities with a large italian community..Boston or NY makes sense..
LA gets terrible crowds and Chicago is ok but less and less italian

it would have been a sell out in places like Toronto or Montreal...with much more recent immigrants
