Michael Kadlec,or Michal Kadlec ?how do you rate him?

Michal Kadlec. Not really bad player, son of a famous player, left defender mostly, sometimes used also central defender if i remeber correctly. Two years ago he was seen as a big talent, since then he stopped to grow his skills though. Could do well for lower-table based Serie A club.

However, I'd expect Torino to go for much stronger players, I'd never want this guy in Fiorentina.
