Sounds more like overkill to me if Rafa is staying. If not then it's fine, though he still has some proving to do. I like that it's another young prospect though.

The only problem could be with the backup of the FBs (Sylvinho is not getting any younger I guess one more season and that's it, Oleguer does not fill me with confidence whenever he steps foot on the pitch and I would welcome any replacements).

The mixture of young and experienced defenders is going to be amazing, Pique and Caceres can learn a lot from Puyi and Milito.

Barca has made an offer and it has been rejected, it was deemed as "too low" and "unsatisfactory" by Roig, but he says that he is willing to negotiate and do business if Barca is willing to come back with a higher bid.
