Every country has them disgraces. The managers who somehow keep on managing to get a job in football only to get sacked after 3 or 4 months. :D

Well who are they in your league or country?

For Holland it'll have to be Aad de Mos :D whos record at a club must be like a year. Been sacked at Werder Bremen, PSV and a whole set of clubs after short periods and in his last club Mechelen I believe he even needed a police escort as the chairman refused him to pack his belongings :howler: or something like that

then we have the one and only Arie Haan :dielaugh: , probably the worst and most arrogant manager to have ever managed Feyenoord :(, also more or less did the same at Anderlecht though I heard he did okay at PAOK and Stuttgart I think, but he got back to his old terrible way by this year failing to qualify for the world cup with China in a group with the mighty Hong Kong and Kuwait. He's now in Australia I last read. God bless them.

the next one to join the list I fear will be our own Ruud Gullit. Keeps on making blunders every week with Feyenoord as we speak but hopefully he'll do better soon as I hate to see a guy I admired so much as a player fail so badly as a manager and who'll probably be remembered more for the failure.

Yeah, that's a good list Wally and unless some Italian or Spanish team gets fooled into giving Gullit a job, he'll definately make the list.

For Serbia I'd like to add Dejan 'Il genio' Savicevic, the worst NT coach we've had in a long long time.

As genius as he was on the pitch, off it, he was nothing short of stupid.

Cuper, The ultimate lucky loser. Not the worst but for sure I dislike him alot.

Don't care about how far he went what did he win? Keep him with small/mid club clubs at most where he might do alright but don't give him a big club.

Would you give Otto Rehegal the Brasil job? I think not. Might go far but they wouldn't win trophies.

Cupers name does not belong anywhere in this thread.

It's "Managers that shouldn't be in football", not "Managers that shouldn't be in top top clubs".

Ok tell me some that shouldn't be in football altogether? Most deserve to be in the game at some level even if it is low. Im just bringing up a big name that is out of their depth.

Your telling me Cuper Ruud Gullit etc don't deserve to be in football? Ofcourse they do! Just depends on the level.

Heh, Arie Haan left Sun Jihai out of the China team, made him a sub, so Sun's dad went ballistic.

Anyway, despite doing fairly well with WBA, Bryan Robson is a joke of a manager.

I will change the subject a little, these are managers/coaches I just dislike, and I don't identify with the way the usually make they teams play, and others the way they manage, as an example Bielsa, Benitez, Bilardo, Van Gaal etc...can show tapes of teams from them playing really well, but still don't like them overall.
No matter if they are winners, or constant loosers, is not a question of results, and of course millions will like them:

Bielsa
Cuper
Rainieri
Irureta
Camacho
Trapatoni
Van Gaal
Antic
Benitez
Bilardo

and tons more, I can't recall now, AND all of them have a place in football, because as part of life, everything fits, just don't fit MY rational/irrational tastes...

I wasn't a big fan of his when he was at Middlesbrough, but he's improved West Brom, it's just that West Brom have been one of the most unluckiest teams in the prem this year. Hoult should get the blame more than Robson.

The one who said Ruud Guilit has a point, he ruined Newcastle.

Why would you say Camacho doesn't deserve to manage?

No.

He was also terrible with Austria Wien.
how bad did Haan do with you guys?

Here he actually finished 2nd in his first season if I remember correctly and it was also the season of Pablo Sanchez :)D) who scored like 15 goals from midfield that season to then never be heard of again after that . Then the next season it went a lot worse and we were like midtable in the Dutch league, also losing at home to sides like MVV :rollani: and on top of that he got into public rows with some of the senior players when he unsurprisingly got sacked halfway into the season.
