BARCELONA, May 7 (Reuters) - Deportivo Coruna paid the price for an over-enthusiastic celebration from Brazilian midfielder Djalminha as they were held to a 2-2 draw at home to Real Zaragoza and missed another chance to take a firm grip on the Spanish league title race.

Deportivo, trailing to a Juanele Castano strike in the second half, equalised through a Roy Makaay header at the far post and took the lead with a great goal from Djalminha with just 11 minutes to go.

But in extraordinary scenes the Brazilian was then punished for removing his shirt in celebration, an action that brought him his second yellow card and a sending-off.

And Zaragoza took advantage of a lapse in concentration in the Depor defence to equalise through Xavi Aguado with six minutes to go.
