2 weeks ago i injured my knee at soccer and was on crutches for 2 weeks. Now i can walk slowly, is there any ways of me recovering quicker ? any good excerises to do and how long usually takes an anterior knee ligament injury to recovery fully ?(can i also play if its not 100% recovered ?)

Rest it Dont rush because if it is bad and you rush it will just make it worse and hurt you more in the long run

ya iam going 2 try physio soon, btw whats PT is it same as physio ? and what do they(PT and physio) actually do for u ?
