Great season last year, I expected a lot from him and he hasn't been too great. The others have been either less disappointing or brought lesser expectations.

Well revelation is perhaps not the right word here. One might say his quality should never have been questioned, nevertheless he had never played on the highest level. And I think he proved that he's up to it despite playing the less important games. Good luck to Carini!!!

Gigi stands out here because he is a longterm purchase. Nedved has been good but Buffon is also young, and despite his depressing price tag, he is the real thing and the thing we need.

I'll say this one because this one I actually saw. Not a great game but what a spectacle at the end!

I'm too lazy to see them all to judge, but this one stands out as a great goal. Zambro hasn't been on target a great deal this season, and this one makes a fine excpetion.

Tough choice, but I like DP goals against Brescia, I think it's a sweet moment to all of them, who never believe he's coming back to his old performance.. He had prove it and he scores..

Goal of the season Enzo Maresca Vs Torino AND Pavel Nedved's Vs Piacenza. Enzo's goal because it gave us a vital point and because his bull celebration pissed Torino off!

Pavel's goal because not only was it a superb strike, it was also the winning goal and it brought us to within one point of Inter.

Best Player - Buffon,closely followed by Ciro.Without them we wouldn't have done it,simple as that.

M.Disappointing.. - Tacchinardi & Zambrotta certainly under-performed,but we'll call it a very long blip,and give this award to Paramatti .

Revelation.. - Carini.Personally i hadn't seen him play before,so i was quite impressed!!!

Best Transfer - Buffon:star:,without a doubt,He's the best keeper in the world,and proved it time & time again when we needed it.

Game of the season - I guess there are a few contendors for this.Like CUG said,the win over a wonderful Arsenal team by our youth & reserve/fringe players was superb.But i'll say the last game against Udinese.Why?Maybe it wasn't as great as the Inter game,but we knew what we had to do,and we did itroud:,and the celebrations were great to see as well:happy: .

Oh,and a special mention like steph said to Maresca - his goal celebration against Torino was absolutely great - i only caught the highlights late that evening having avoided finding out the scores,and he completely transformed my mood for that night .

I would mention Trezegol,but everyone knows how vital he is to the team....just think was it 18 months ago,David was regularly sat on the bench,and almost on his way out of Juve.I'd call that a close 1,and a very lucky escape.Hopefully he'll be wearing black&white for a long time yet.
