Juventus have again been linked with summer moves for two of River Plate’s brightest prospects.

The Bianconeri are said to be considering bids for offensive duo Andres D’Alessandro and Fernando Cavenaghi.

D’Alessandro has long been linked with a move to Turin even if there are concerns that the asking price for the 20-year-old is causing concern. The youngster has also been eyed by Man Utd, Inter and Lazio.

Meanwhile, 18-year-old Cavenaghi is considered as a potential great for the future and has already netted goals for River in the Argentine championship.

Juve Vice-president Roberto Bettega is currently in South America after a Stadium was named after him in Paraguay.

He’s believed to have watched the players in action and the Old Lady are said to be ready to make a £23m offer for both players.

Big dollars for a primavera player?

Cavenaghi would probably only take a place on our
primavera team - is he worth the price? He's only played
primavera matches for River as well, right?
