Jose Domungues, currently with Spurs, claims that a that PAOK Saloniki is keen on his services, but can only afford to pay his wages and wish to sign him on a free transfer. Spurs are said to want a £500.000 fee for him, a demand that Dominguez describes as "greedy and selfish". Dominguez actually has another year remaining on his contract and could only sign a pre-contract with another club in January were he to take advantage of the Bosman ruling.

Dominguez was in Thessaloniki yesterday and passed a medical. He agreed at everything with PAOK but the "ok" from Tottenham is what is left to be seen.PAOK is reluctand to pay any fee for Dominguez because they have put two major targets from Argentina who would require a lot of cash.Leandro Romagnoli and Patricio Camps (one of them) who will cost in the region of 5-8 million $ dont leave much to give for Dominguez. So if Tottenham Hotsperm lets him leave for free PAOK will sign him now,if they still instist on the fee Dominguez will join in December.
