For the Azzurri this was a well played game and a good victory. The Midfield played good especially Zambrotta. Totti and Vieri showed to be a good tandem by showing beautiful skills. The defense was average but i'm sorry to say I have seen them better. Goalkeeping was not a factor. They will need to work on somethings because I don't think they can play like this and still beat higher quality teams like Argentina, Brasil, or Germany. But overall good way to start off a world cup unlike 94' and 98'.

Agree with Piri ... besides - there is no wat Tomasi is 8 and Zambrota 9 ... if you place this on statstics you better show it ... though I hate stats in football ... this is not baseball for Pat's sake
