My stupid friend at school made up this thing that Slovenia is kicked out for using illegal drugs. He said he saw it on Yahoo! and other sites, but I can't find it anywhere. He said that Yugoslavia vs. Romania will play 2 Legs to determine who will take Slovenia's spot. Is that even true or not?
