he’s getting death threats!

Apparently Roberto Carlos is too bloody scared to continue playing in Brazil and might end up in the MLS! This guy has to be the most overrated footballers of all-time :yuck::yuck::yuck:! AN abomination to the word defender, for sure!

THIS guy should have gotten all of these death threats after giving FRANCE a free ticket to the semifinals: BLOODY DUNCE! :frustrat:

MALDINI > R. Carlos
N. SANTOS > R. Carlos
FACCHETTI > R. Carlos
VARGAS > R. Carlos :D:D:D

This organized torida of Corinthiians is known to threaten players and what is worse, their families, SOme people left Brazil rather than signing for another SP clubs , because they were afraid or their families, not only themselves. I have personal knowledge about it, that I will rather not expose here, but nevertheless, I am not anti-Corinthians here, only about the overpower and some how imunity organized torcidas, not only the Corinthians ones.
I rememberec once reading in the flogvip of another organized torcida where they litterally overjoyed after a rival fan was beaten to death because he lost his way in the stadium and entred their tribune. They even said that any other rival fan will have the same fate

I was so shocked, needless to say.

Nobody shall be threaten for being a football fan or a football player of any club/

Any clube should distance itself of such publications.

The victim there was a guri of 17 years, and no, it was not in RS, but it could be anywhere included there of course. It is everywhere from Uruguayana to REcifa etc, but in SP it is more powerfull because of the grand number of members of the organized torcidas

This is a thing of both the clubs and the police to distance themselves from the extreme minority who threaten murders, put on fire cars of the players they do not like, etc. They have to get the punishment like any criminal, eing a football fan does not mean privilage to do thing wich is otherwith a criminal offense. What is the saddaest thing is that some of the threatened will not complain to the police out of feqr. Are they cowards? maybe, but it is easy understand their cowardice , nobody wat to suffer from such abuse and put his family in geopardize

Maybe r. Carlos will reveal everything in hi boigraphy sometime, when he and his family are far away. WHO CAN BLAME HIM? Not all have born crusaders. Supporters are to support and not threaten players or have armed disputes with other club supporters. It is of course just my HO

Why they just limit theirselves to burning the shirts of the "traitors"? (Not when hey are wearing it please)

This isn't the first time the Gavioes da Fiel's absurd harassment of players has pushed good players out of Corinthians, and it won't be the last. Vampeta and Edilson left for the exact same reason. "Coward", Dagoods? You're either trolling or insane. Roberto Carlos, like him or not, is a top-level financially successful player who simply DOESN'T NEED TO TAKE THIS KIND OF SH!T.

Maybe someday Corinthians will wake up and stop pandering to these dumbass thugs from Gavioes da Fiel, who are actually allowed to invade their locker rooms after defeats and physically threaten players who they think "should" have won the game. Maybe you think getting death-threats is "part of the game", Dagoods, but it really really isn't. It's beyond the pale that someone would blame the player for walking out from a work environment where getting death threats is a routinely accepted occurrence.

Blimey, Sir Garrincha has woken up! Forget Dagoods, Sir, he is still reading comics!

Sir, what is your Jefferson like. Selecao material? I know he will be in London next week as part of the squad and just want your opinion as THE fan of the single star club.

You say that as if it were a bad thing. ;)

Oh yes. Jefferson, or "Iceman" as his teammates affectionately call him, is an extremely agile and calm 28-years-old keeper. Good positioning and reflexes too, but he could still improve on his ball delivery when our team is moving out of defense. He's one of Botafogo's key players, and definitely good enough for international football. He also has history on the Brasilian NT's youth divisions - Jefferson won FIFA's 2003 U-20 World Cup in a team that also included Daniel Alves, Dudu Cearense, Nilmar and Dagoberto.
