For the past two weeks we have been seeing Madrid going all out to buy the best players (along with Barca). Maybe the leverage was the presidential election last week.
However, since Perez became your president (surprisingly!), Madrid has gone all out to get Figo, Zidane and even tried to buy Owen. If all these investments and purchase can go through, do you all think it will just a waste of money or more silverwares for Madrid? Are you all serious about Zidane?.....

Of course we're serious!! I had to quote from Alex Ferguson that 'only the Figos and Zidanes can make a difference in a club like ours'.
THe only doubts are CAN we get him? With our debts and the presidential promises from Barca side..

Figo seems to be a done deal, Zidane is wishful thinking. (Again I ask where the hell is Perez getting the $$$$$???) We haven't even started on pursuing owen yet. All this investments mean our own dream team which usually leads to more silverware.

cliffordil I agree with you 100%. Isn't it so obvious? There isn't a single player in our team that is not good or average, all of them are really good players.

I don't think we'll get Zidane though. Not beucause of the debt and the Barca promises. Simply because Juve won't sell him after all.

Even the talk about him is now over.
