Dude, what he means is that because the other teams are not as good as they usually are, Inter have the best chance to capitalize on this to win. Also, if these said teams were actually playing to the best of their abilities, then wouldn't it obviously mean that the chances for Inter winning are more slim, given that the competition is greater?
