ok, the last 4 games brought 1 victory and three draws, but we didn't concede one single goal, which isn't really jellemzö to our football.

anyway, don't forget there are important things going on this month. our really talented U17 team plays the crucial qualifiying tournament of elite groups in portugal from march 24. it's a group with portugal, ukraine and sweden, and the winner goes to the euro championships with 8 teams.

so hajrá magyarok!

portugal 2-1 sweden

so it's up to us now. with 3 goals better than the portuguese we should be able to manage it, if we win against sweden.

1. hungary 2 1 1 0 5-1 4
2. portugal 2 1 1 0 3-2 4
3. sweden 2 0 1 1 2-3 1
4. ukraine 2 0 1 1 1-5 1

when did we see a standing like this in football the last time?

btw, scorer in the first match was dudás ádám.

Those are good results against good competition.

Hungary powered to the top of UEFA European Under-17 Championship qualifying Group 2 courtesy of their goalscoring record after an impressive 4-0 win against Ukraine in Mangualde.

Early goal
József Both's side were ahead after just two minutes as Ádám Dudás beat Kostyantyn Makhnovskyy in the Ukrainian goal, and things went from bad to worse for Vadim Dord's men as Hungary were awarded a 32nd minute penalty, which Krisztian Nemeth gratefully.
from uefa.com:

Level pegging
The second half brought little relief for Ukraine as László Szabó put Hungary 3-0 up after 68 minutes before Nemeth completed the rout with a strike four minutes from time. Hungary are now level on points with mini-tournament hosts Portugal. They play Sweden in their last game while Ukraine take on Portugal.

Both delighted
"This is a great result because we played against a strong side," said Both. "We get better and better with each game and I i think that we can beat anyone now. We do not concede a lot of goals and our attacking play is even stronger. This is a result of a good selection system and the new coach education system as well."
