in terms of Fans quality of football and quality of teams

make a rank between 1 and 5

example IMO

Fans :4
Quality of football: 3
Quality of teams: 3,5

Anyway

Fans (attendance): 2
Fans (behaviour + knowledge + joy): 2,5
Quality of football: 3,5
Mentality (has influence on the other items): 1,5
Quality of teams: 3,5

This seems pretty right for me, however I'd give Fan(behaviour + knowledge + joy) a 3.
