There's San Siro. And there's Giuseppe Meazza.

DO they change the name for Inter and Milan matches?

Cuz sometimes Inter use Giuseppe Meazza as their name for the stadium.

Is it like the stadium in New Jersey that houses the Giants and Jets?
For the Jets they call it the Meadowlands.
For the Giants they call it GIants Stadium.

Wait do they treat the fields of San Siro with Rogaine?

Ohh wait my bad...they already tried that and they already tried replant surgery as well (grass replacement)

But I guess only one option remains- synthetic pitch, turf (aka wig)

Ultra acidic soil/scalp might still cause synthetic turf to disintegrate... NO?

The stadium's official name is Giuseppe Meazza. The old name was San Siro (after the parish in which the stadium is located) and is still used. Grass hasn't been able to grow properly in there since the third tier was added for 1990, but it looks like we'll be getting an artificial pitch soon.

The San Siro is and has always been Milan's stadium. It is located in the San Siro quarter/area of Milano. It was built for Milan. Then, out of the blue, Inter sneaked in to share the stadium in a temporary basis with Milan to finally move there for good as they didn't have a place to call their own. Ever since and in order to be politically correct, it was named Giuseppe Meazza Stadium...only by Inter fans. Everyone else refers to it as its original and eternal name: San Siro.

Btw, what happened to the Inter stadium project? Any news on this one?

Cheers.;)
