Hey, if you're talking about idrive, then all you need to do is set up your own account, or two, then send all the files form the account you're downloading from and send it over to one of yours. You can download all you want then.

I got Championship Manager 99/00 on an idrive account too, so if you got any trouble with that one, just let me know and I'll give you the login and password. Same goes for anyone else who wants it

At the moment I am manager of Real Madrid and have reached the final of the FIFA WOrld Club Championship where I will paly Man U in the final. I beat Necaxa 3-1 with 9 men - and it was my reserve team as I wanted to rest my top players like Raul, Trezeguet (whom I signed from Monace for £12m), Redondo and Robbie Carlos.

Don't u just love fining players for poor performance. Anelka just gets on my nerves so I just fine him when I'm in a bad mood and he's all in a huff now but I better be careful cos pretty soon he's gonna go AWOL!

Wow Taco, you must be pretty good at it, I wish I could say the same. I always seem to be in a battle to keep my job. My greatest acheivment in CM99/00 is I got to the UEFA cup semis with Boavista, however I only finished 11th in the league. I'm still with Boavista, but I've had a really bad start to the season, 4 loses in a row.

And I have a league game with Valladolid in just 2 days so my players are really tired!

At the moment I am 2nd in the league - 3 points behind Barca but I have 1 game in hand.

if so the file is probably compressed and you need to download a program called "WINRAR" to decompress it and then voila....enjoy

I've just had a player (Petar Krpan) go on strike. I had him transfer listed but turned down an offer of £1.2m from Felguiras because it was unacceptable (he's valued at £2.5m).

Anyway i've been fining him a weeks wages every week until he returns, and he's 4 years on his contract.

I'm wondering how it will resolve itself, has anyone here had a player go AWOL and how did it resolve itself?

btw just signed Leandro on a bosman.

Be careful if you keep fining him it may make the situation worse. You could try and sign another Croatian speaking player so he can converse with them. That sometimes helps.

thanks Taco, but i don't want to keep paying his wages if he's gone AWOL. By fining him a weeks wages every week i'm effectively stopping his wages.

yes I had a situation like that with Emilio Peixe. We all know that Peixe is a Sportinguista and I blocked his transfer to Sporting...so he went AWOL. I eventually sold him to Setubal.

Setubal bought him about a day after he went AWOL. I just finished my second season at the helm of FC Porto. I must say that Sporting was going crazy trying to buy my players. THey tried to buy all of my transfer listed players which were:

Esquerdinha, Vitor Baia, Maurizio Ganz, Andreas Lund, and they also made some bids to get my younger guys like Ricardo Sousa, Candido Costa, and Carlos Manuel. Needless to say I refused them all and sold the following players:
Baia-Como (Serie A)
Ganz-Reggiana (Serie A)
Lund-TSV 1860 (Bundesliga)
Esquerdinha-Chaves

I also loaned candido costa, ricardo sousa, Jorge Andrade and Zamorano (19 year old portuguese youngster) to Toledo in second division spain.
