According to reports Moni Harel has made an offer to Itzhak Schum, the leading candidate to coach the team next year. Can you even imagine Schum as coach of Hapoel? Talk about different styles, Hapoel is a defensive-very organized team. Schum is a very offensive minded-free roles coach.

.....good news! let that man stay unemployed...maybe he can go manage an arab club at liga gimel! Schum would be good for Hapoel, they have a couple of good attackers, maybe now he can use all of them at the same time!

Grant signed with Lev Leviev's group, Hapoel Tel Aviv belongs to Moni Harel's managing group. Looks like Grant is Maccabi Tel Aviv bound now...

Shum would fit perfectly at Beitar or Maccabi Tel Aviv, like we mentioned he is more an offensive minded coach a characteristic of these teams. Hapoel even before that campaign in Europe were defensive and organized style, Grant would fit perfectly for them.
