maybe you don't like this new but i have to say...

You have to pay some money for Hakan Sukur...because Turkey is not an EU Member and Bosman Rule is not valid for Hakan...
How will FIFA decide the exact fee?
Hakan earned $2,6 million alst year
He's 29 years old so:Age Coefficient is 6
2,6*6=15,6
He's a national team,add %20
15,6*1,20=18,72

So many of you may think he's not a special player but you have to pay $18,72 M for him.

If your president bargains well you may pay less...:D

Yes that would have to be true because Turkey are not yet part of the European Union and the E.U. is the body that issued the Bosman ruling hence only those countries that are part of the E.U. can be considered under Bosman regulations.

well acording to many sources the fee will be paid and it is not free not just because turkey is not in the EU but also because he does not have uefa step ups so the fee has to be paid
