Haim Revivo might be slated to come back to the Israeli NT, because the old coach was fired and a new one as stepped in and hopefully will give Revivo some relaxation and freedome.

The last coach who we had sometimes never even put Revivo in the lineup and never made him a NT captain in which he sometimes deserved.

Nonetheless, Grant is willing to do all those plus more:)

It seems strange to see a player who would reject being a player or even the captain of a NT:eek:

He never had the chance to be a NT. Since Neilsen arrived. He was one of the better players Israel had to offer. As you know Israel back then never really had any players abroad. THis is early 1999....but we did have some...Revivo and Berkovic are the front lines...1 played in celtics (Scotland) and one in Celta De Vigo (spain). things looked great. Than neilsen came in, Had some good games....and sunk Israel! :(

We were really good...around the time that we got eliminated from the EURO CUP, in the FIFA ranking we were somewhere aroung 23 or 21 stadning :( it was a good time for israel...

unfortunetly it came to an abrubt end...

Neilsen coach did not want Revivo to ever be in the captain. Some friendlys he would not even call Revivo up! People were astonished! :(

Revivo broke wing, in June 2001, when he scored the header goal against spain. We tied, but holy ****!! ITS SPAIN!

Well it is good to hear that Revivo will be able to play for his NT. I have read that he has never played as well for Israel though, as he has for his clubs.

Yoav, do you agree?
