Manchester United winger Ryan Giggs has declared his loyalty to the club by announcing that he wants to spend the rest of his career at Old Trafford.

The Welsh international, who has helped United win a host of titles over the last decade including six Premiership titles and a European Cup, has said he no longer feels the motivation to move abroad.

He said: "I'm a Red for life. Years ago I was tempted to look abroad, but the motivation was to improve my game and never money.

"I look around the Premiership today and I see great players all around me - perhaps the incentive to move has gone now."

He told the News of the World: "I want to win trophies every season - and that's going to happen at Manchester United, so why leave?"
