Tonight Olympiakos and Inter came into an agreement regrding the trasnfer of Georgatos.The main factor was the will of Georgatos to return to Greece,Geo reached a point of begging Moratti to let him go...not even the calls of captain Zanetti and Cristian Vieri were enough to persuade him to stay at Inter.

Georgatos will sign a 4 year contract with Olympiakos while Inter will have to settle with newly captured Michele Serena,Cristian Brocchi or Bruno Cirillo for their left wing.

why is he an idiot? perhaps you should consider that a player's happiness and peace of mind are more important to him than a fat paycheck or a chance to spend one more season in chaos with inter.

i wish georgatos the best. he proved at inter that he is a world-class winger.

it's nice to see, though, that zanetti and vieri made calls in an attempt to keep him. they obviously see that they are very close to being THE team to beat in serie a.
