we haven't signed anyone all summer long, not even on loan, and for the opening game we've only 10 players and a "bunch of youngsters" as the echo put it.

vic is still in china and scored a vital goal for nigeria but seems also slightly injured.
on the bright side: vaughan could be back.

couldn't watch the game but judged by the reviews in various papers and forums:
there was noone else on the bench and that 16 year old, baxter, almost scored the winner.
still, hope kenwright sees this as a warning sign and finally gives moyes some financial backing.
this is a joke!
