He is a Chezch defencive midfielder I think.This was one of the more expectable transfers.Tomas Galasek was Adriaanse's personal favorite.Even me,who dont really follow the dutch lerague knew that.

Yep, he was Co's favourite and the transfer doesn't come as a surprise. He can play behind the strikers or in front of the defense. He's 27 and one of the most consistent performers in the league.

He's a strong contender to make the Czech squad. He is a multi-functional player, able to play at no.10,6, and 5. But prefers the playmaker role at no.10

After making crap buy after crap buy last season, with the exception of Laudrup and Chivu, Ajax have started this following season with a good-buy, hopefully, but with Adraainse as coach, Galasek will be great.
