Former HJK-hero Mikael Forssell scores two against Leeds in BFC's 4-1 victory. Before that Forssell scored another two against 'Boro. Forssell is the hottest name in the Premiership at the moment and has raised interest among England's and Italy's top clubs. Forssell has scored a total of 18 goals for BFC during his loan spell from Chelsea. Only Henry, Van Nistelrooy, Shearer & Saha have more goals and it is also worth noting that they play for considerably bigger clubs and play with better players. Forssell also missed many matches at the beginning of the season.

On the other hand Mikael gets full game time when playing in a small club.

Forssell is fourth in the top scorer list, when goals from penalty kicks aren't included. Henry leads with 17 goals while Forssell has 15.

Forssell has played in 25 of Birminghams 30 games.

Forssell was chosen as the Barclaycard Premiership player of the month for March. He scored 6 goals in 5 games last month.

The 16 league goals is a great achievment considering that the second best Birmingham scorer has only 4 goals and Miklu doesn't get too many chances per game because Birmingham are quite a defensive team. Hopefully he'll keep them coming.
