National coach Wanderley Luxemburgo called up Belleti on Monday morning to join the squad for the World Cup qualifier against Argentina this Wednesday in Morumbi. Belleti provides another option on the right wing together with Evanilson..

The winger currently plays for Sao Paulo having been loaned out to Atletico-MG last year, a team he helped to be runners up in the Brazilian championship. Belleti first played for the first team in 1995.
