Rome's Olympic stadium, home of
Serie A sides Roma and Lazio, will be sold this year along with
the rest of the state-owned Foro Italico sports complex, Italy's
Treasury and Finance ministry announced on Saturday.
The Foro Italico, also venue for the Italian Open tennis
championships and site of the 1960 Summer Olympics, may be
bought by the city's two big soccer clubs, according to Italian
media reports.
The complex, built in 1931 when Benito Mussolini was in
power, is valued at around $495 million

Is Lazio going to buy this stadium (with roma) or are they plannig to build a new one or is this just a rumour ?? Anyone news about this ?

If this was announced by an Italian ministry, I'm afraid it's not just a rumour. Btw, where did you get this info from?
