A dark day for FK Partizan... 3 year ban from European competition. If the club had any logic it would fire the entire management staff and build from the ground up with the youth at its core. The youth school is what makes this club and if this isn't a wake up call I don't know what will be.

This is a dark day for Serbian football, but maybe, just maybe this could be good to get some of the crooks out. Something tells me however, that new ones will just take their place.

Statement from the UEFA club financial control body read: "FK Partizan will be excluded from participating in the next UEFA club competition for which it would otherwise qualify during the next three seasons (ie. the 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20 seasons)."

From what I understand, the club is banned from playing one competition up until 2020. I don't read the above statement as a three year ban.

I wasn't born 1984. so I would like to witness another historic result for Videoton. :proud:
didn't know you CZ folks hate them that much :howler:

I mean, I hate Fradi too, for example, but would still (silently) support them for those bloody coefficient points lol

having said that, you know there are 3 Serbs in team Videoporn?

Danko Lazovic, Marko Scepovic and the coach Marko Nikolic, all of which ex-Partizani :D

I love Serbian football and I would like to all get better someday, but I hate two the most venomous national projects who are destroying Serbian football with all their boards which are strongly connected with Serbian politics and mafia. And not just that but both FKP and FKCZV have their people in other clubs and all league is joke.

Serbian league is followed just for one reason cause supporters of these two scum football societies hate each other. Especially Partiizan fans. They are so full of complex that they hate more Zvezda then actually loves their club. I am in Serbia and I can bet in that. Only small group compered to whole loves their club really and in sporting way.

Their people are all over other clubs and control things in their favour and club who make better connections with other clubs wins league for season.

I would like for our youngsters to go out in Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Italy, Germany as early as they can so they can learn proper football and proper human value cause in Serbia won't learn anything useful.

I never was a fan for FKP or CZV but from now I hate them, I really really hate them.

Partizan are building a solid team given they've sold their two best players in Leonardo and Djurdjevic. Djurdjevic has officially signed for Olympiacos and there are rumors that Zdjelar has signed for them on a 1 year loan. Also Nemanja Antonov has signed on a 1 year loan, which is a good pick up given he's one of our most prospective youthful left backs. I'm surprised that Grasshoppers Zurich has let him go. Lastly, they are rumored to be in the market for a forward... Gerard Gohou has been priced out given Astana's demands so it seems likely that Nikola Stojilikovic of Braga will be joining. There are also rumors that they are trying to convince Lazar Markovic to return on loan for one season but that Watford wants him on loan.

Currently their starting 11 would look like this if Zdjelar and Stojilikovic were to come...

Stojkovic
Vulicevic Miletic Ostojic Antonov
Zdjelar Everton
Jankovic Tosic Soumah
Stojilikovic

Seems like the Veciti are building serious squads for this year's Europa league and Champions League attack. Stojilokovic was also linked with us heavily before we noted that we will reatin Boakye.

You obviously didn't watch the game.
It was a clear penalty. Dude straight up head-butted him lol and I don't even give a rats ass about Partizan but that play was hilarious

Partizan are through.

They reduced their capacity because of a game vs Young Boys being considered high risk. I just think they wanted to just cover up their shocking attendance. :howler:.

Fair play to them getting through. Would have expected them to out of this very average group though.

Would have been embarrassing if they hadn't pulled this off. But congrats to them and we've very close to major success for Serbian club football after so many dark years.

I read about the recent skirmish at the derby. According to multiple sources, the fight was between groups of the Grobari. The relatively youthful and energetic fractions (Young Boys and Vandals) apparently tried to attack Alcatraz hoping to finally oust them given the level of corruption that has been well documented for years now. To try and do that they had several "hired hands" (some of these dudes from Croatia). Ultimately, they actually were starting to win the battle upon which Alcatraz screamed these were hooded Zvezda fans at which point many others joined in to kick the Cigani out of the Jug. Ultimately, they didn't realize their mistake and by the time the game was finished they realized they beat their own. Woof.

Anyone who is not only inviting, but paying Croat criminals to come and attack Serbs in Serbia should be JAILED FOR LIFE or jailed then exiled permanently from Serbia (if any other country would want them). Also, that they paid these Croats 10 thousand euros each means that they have the money/funds to be sued for injuries and damages - not by the Croats, though, but by the Serbs who were injured from the outcome of this conspiracy.
The silver lining is that it was these Croat thug criminals who seemed to get the worst of the injuries - including one who was known to beat people. Serbs are not sneaky and diabolically intelligent enough, but, given the outcome, one could imagine that Serbs wanting to hurt Croats would lure them by inviting them to come and beat other Serbs but instead attack them when they came.

Partizan-Red Star: croats arrested after violent brawl

Police have arrested 26 people after a massive brawl during a match between Belgrade rivals Red Star and Partizan that left at least 20 people injured. Serbian police revealed on Thursday that foreign nationals were among those detained after the match, which ended 1-1.

Six Croats, one Greek and one Bulgarian were reportedly arrested in connection with the violence on Wednesday night. The appearance of Croats at a match in Serbia would be unusual because of strained relations between the two former Yugoslav nations since their war in the 1990s.

Three of the six Croats detained for taking part in a mass hooligan fight during the Partizan-Red Star game on Wednesday were paid to do that. The daily Blic is reporting this on Friday, adding that one of them also carried “enough narcotics to put him in jail for several years.” According to the newspaper, the three Croats, who came from the town of Split – Ante Firic and Damir Tovarovic among them – received EUR 10,000 to come to Belgrade and fight. The paper’s source with the Interior Ministry (MUP) did not wish to reveal who made the payment, to avoid influencing the investigation.

Another Belgrade daily, Vecernje Novosti, writes on Friday that at least 100 people took part in organizing the fight that took place during the 156th football derby in the capital. According to this report, “some foreign services, whose members have lately significantly increased their presence in our country,” were also involved.

Ante Firic was seriously injured during the incidents and is now being treated at Belgrade’s military clinic VMA, for a stab wound in his back and a haematoma on his brain. According to available information, he has several convictions for racketeering, and is known in Croatia for brutally beating a restaurateur from the island of Hvar, Frano Zuvelo, along with his brother Sandro Firic.

The daily said that at least six Croatian citizens took part in the rioting, including Damir Tovarovic, a former Croatian martial arts champion.

...

Names of the six Croats: Ivan Mišković, Stjepan Mihovilović, Hrvoje Baković, Jakov Podrug, Ante Firić i Damir Tovarović

I thought Alcatraz were the ones who'd been forced off the Jug and it was them who were trying to get this coup going?

At the minute those ex-'Delije' are running things I think.

Their stand at the minute is a bit of a laughing stock...
