His name - Stefano Fiore. His game: greatness. Who is this midfield warrior in armour? Where did he appear from? Well, we know the answers to those questions - Parma dissed him over to Udinese. Now the top teams in the world are bidding large cash for him. After yesterday's bullet, of which he produced many in Serie A this past season, you know the offers will go higher. This 24-yr-old may become one of the top 5 best midfielders in the universe. Forza Fiore - Captain Cool.

Yeah he is great! But he should be playing in Albertini's position so Totti can play in his and a better player than both Totti and Fiore can play upfront. If Fiore is all that, then Del Piero, Davids, Zidane, Rui Costa, Figo, Rivaldo, Veron and many more are just legends!!

Fiore is one of the best midfielder in Italy now. I hope Lazio sign him from Udinese :) He has shown his best in EURO 2000, I agree with CUG, He should play with Totti in the midfield and "put" Del Piero as an attacker.

I'd go with:
-------------- Toldo ---------------

----- Nesta - Cannavaro - Maldini---

- Conte ----- Ambrosini ---- Fiore -

---- Zambrotta ------ Totti --------

------- Montella -- Del Piero -----

Forza Azzuri
Forza Lazio

cmdg3232:I totally agree with that line-up, except I would probably swap Totti and Montella. The main thing is that Zoff needs to bench Inzaghi because we cannot afford to play him in the knockout phase. Now that Italy has automatically qualified as group winners, it's time to start DP to see what he can do in a full game and to bring Montella in for at least 45 minutes of time to show his quality up front. I know that Di Biago was slightly hurt at the beginning of the tournament, but is he fully fit now?

IMO Fiore has been Italy's best player so far, and Inzaghi Italy's most hopeless player.
For the last game with qualification already assured, Inzaghi should definitely be benched(permanantly?), and Del Piero should get a good run. Also try out the AS Roma duo that promised so much, Montella and Delveccio but have seen little action so far.
Hopefully some positive results will come up when Zoff sends an expirimental side out there against Sweden.
