What have you heard about this rumour? I've heard it's possible, then it flips back to not. Is Figo truly in love with Barca or can Milan get him? I ask this question because Figo is one of my favorites and so is Milan. I'd love to see him back at Sporting, but that won't happen until maybe he's 34 and ready to come home.

He's using the Milan offer as leverage at Barca. By all accounts, he loves it there, and he looks to finally get the recognition he deserves now that Rivaldo is all but gone from Nou Camp.

Conversely, I might have to slit my wrists if Figo signs with the hated Devils. I am nerazurri through and through and I'd just about pee myself with hapiness if the best player in the world (Figo) were to sign with the team in the other locker room at San Siro. Both teams have the money, so anything is possible.

I will say this: Barca would be wise to do the deal NOW, because Figo is finally going to get the world-wide recognition he deserves after he puts on a clinic next month in Belgium/Denmark. After that, his value is only going to increase.

You know, daeone, it's interesting: what makes one person like Sporting and AC Milan while another (me) likes Benfica and Inter? We both like the other half of two different cross-town rivals - weird, huh?

Then I too am a AC Milan fan I like italian soccer but never really had a team to root for so since I speak italian a little bit anyway my team shall be AC Milan.....Forza AC Milan!!!!By the way I also live on the cambridge/Somerville line in MA....right on Prospect Street right off of Cambridge Street!!!
