I couldn't figure out how Canada and Australia both dropped one position, while nobody else went up at the same time! Turns out that in the prevous rankings, in March 2013, Canada and England were tied for 7th, while Korea DPR and Australia were tied for 9th. So when the ties were broken in the latest rankings, Canada dropped to 8th and Australia dropped to 10th, while England and Korea held their rankings. There were no 8th and 10th places in the March rankings, so nobody was displaced when Canada and Australia went down one position.
