5 Jan, 20:00 Blyth Spartans v Blackburn Rovers

There's potential for a couple of upsets here, but typical, big 4 teams get much, much weaker opposition.

There are only 2 EPL clashes at this point.

I will say this though, ANY team that fields a B/Reserve team because they are facing lower opposition, DESERVES to lose, and HOPE they lose, up to and including Chelsea.

I'm putting a few pennies on the following games:

Barnsley to beat West Ham
Forest to draw at Man City
Chesterfield to draw at Ipswich
Macclesfield to draw against Everton

I was thinking of also doing Histon v Swansea, but I really don't wanna jinx Histon.

Aye TGO, I'll take your words for that. :)

I'll change that to Posh beating West Brom and Bristol City to win away at Portsmouth.

In other news, the CCC Leader clash of Birmingham VS Wolves has been postponed due to a frozen pitch, as has been the Cheltenham VS Doncasters match.

Someone forgot to drain the pitch, and now we have ourselves a couple skating rinks.

EDIT: Histon VS Swansea has been postponed as well, same reason. As has Leyton VS Sheffield

Majority of games have now begun.

-Peterborough equalize
-Forest Green are down to 10 men, as Lawless is sent off. HOW CAN THAT BE, he should be immune!

And Derby go in front 3-4 :hangover:

Fulham go back in front with Andy Johnson again

No, apparently Peterboro did not score, and WBA win. ?

And Southend equalizes against Chelsea, stellar performance as always by Chelsea at home. I have absolutely no idea why any Chelsea fan shows up at the Stamford Bridge, they give 5% every time.

*cough*

You may need a few more defenders. :howler:
We need a new manager.

Losses to Brighton and Forest is unacceptable. Losing to the worst team in the Championship on our own turf is embarassing. Hughes is not the manager to take us forward, he does not know at all how to beat teams who make it difficult for us. We keep having one off fixtures where it looks as though we've turned the corner, only to revert to type and drop points and lose games.

4th worst side and they're not 8 unbeaten on the road ;)
