can anyone tell me wat happens if chelsea win the champions league, but dont qualify for europe next season. will there be 4 english teams in the cl or will the 3rd placed team drop out?

There will be 4 teams ... since Chelsea will go to CL as previous champion ... but too bad huh ?!! Braca won magicaly .....
