Can we actually SCORE a god damn goal?????

If we cant were are utterly doomed, if we dont sign at least two strikers in teh close season then both the chairman and manager need to go and leave the club for good. As it was in Jan after we let Horse and Earnie go it was blatantly obvious we needed to sign a striker then. Well, we're paying for it now. And we'll probably pay the ultimate price for it.

Can we pick ourselves up from the disappointment of the Bolton game? Does it matter?

All we can do is try and get a result.

So what news do we get to boost us in our hour of need?

Michael Owen returns from injury and is in the squad for tomorrow!
:wallbang:

Cant see us scoring, but maybe we can sneak a draw.

Ellington has declared himself fit so ... maybe :)

Lets just hope we dont start with Campbell up front if the duke is fit! If we do then we need to get the boys from the asylum to come and take old man Robson away.

Robson should go all-attack, if I rememer good in the beggining of the season there were few matches where he played like 4-3-3, later he switched to 4-5-1
If Ellington is ready than he should start in attack with Kanu, Gera behind, no Campbell plz. With Wallwork out, there would probably be AJ in central midfield (id like Ina though) but AJ is probably playing bcz he's been helping in defence more.
A defeat here would would mean Championship next season :scared:

...than Robson could play Campbell all the way since he prefers him that much :sigh:

It looks like it. :(

Newcastle 3-0 WBA
Everton 0-0 Birmingham
Portsmouth 2-1 Sunderland

17. Portsmouth: 35 pts, -24
---
18. Birmingham City: 33 pts, -21
19. WBA: 29 pts, -26
20. Sunderland: 12 pts, -40

Only mathematically can we survive relegation, basically meaning we have to win both our games, and hope Pompey lose both and Birmingham lose at least one and draw the other, while we would have to win twice. We have not won since the beginning of February and have not won two in a row all season. It's pretty much hopeless. :(
