And judging by players comments, the new coach already looks better than the unexperienced Mancini, maybe he can reorganise the team and get their fighting spirit back?!

Fazzine sounds alright, what he said so far makes him look like knowing a few things about what he's supposed to do. I don't feel as confident on him as I did with Sconcerti, Fazzini look like depending more on what VCG is going to do, even though VCG doesn't look like going to move or do anything of importance to save the team. So it's better for Fazzini to start moving and have a ready plan instead of waiting for VCG's money to arrive.
