If they behave there will be absolutely no problem....tens of thousands of english tourists come to Türkiye every year without any problems occuring. That's mostly because the english tourists coming to Türkiye are no hooligans and they know their limits....whilst the same cant be said about a great deal of english fans!

Yeah, with the tourists there is no problem.
But whatever their fans are hooligans or not, if something happenes, the world will see it differently. BOTH the turks and english will get the "hooligan" and "violent" label regardless the guilty side.
Our government have to take some extra security actions already now and be prepared for the worst, the last thing we need is more trouble....

Liverpool is respected and their fans had a good time when they last played GS.
There is probably equal chance the fans of either side may fight each other, now that may be a problem.

I dont remember any other trouble with the english-supporters except the "famouse" one at Istanbul couple of years ago lately.
But this one wont be a normal away game, where they are what? 300-500 people that travel to Istanbul to see a away game. There will be thousends, maybe ten-tousends of them and hence more difficult to control.
BTW how many supporters ussually do travel to a foreign country for a CL final? Are the foreigners gonna be the dominant side at the stadium or are most of the spots buyed by turks?

there shouldn't be much trouble, only trouble in Copenhagen because that was the year of the Leeds -Gala game, obviously that brought a few nutters out but time is good.
having said that, i'd be much more confident of no trouble from Liverpool fans rather then Chelsea.

Yeah Chelsea fans are a lot more reknown for causing trouble.... However, despite this the potential Turkish champions would rather Chelsea getting to the final. After all, if Liverpool win the trophy the Turkish title winners will have to play a preliminary round for the CL next season....
