Figured I may as well actually get around to unlocking my account and doing this shit seeing as it's tradition, not gonna do any of the big opening posts seeing as there seems to be a picture limit now, but update the transfers.

Hakim Ziyech (27/AM/Morocco) - Ajax > Chelsea - £40m

About time Ziyech got his move to a top team in a big league, he's been a top player for some time. With Willian and Pedro leaving it'll be up to him, Pulisic and Hudson-Odoi to carry the attack for the new look Chelsea in wide areas.

Pablo Mari (27/CB/Spain) Flamengo > Arsenal - £7.2m (Permanent from loan)

Relatively cheap backup defender gets a permanent move after presumably impressing Arteta last season, even though he was injured a lot.

Cedric Soares (29/RB/Portugal) - Southampton > Arsenal - Free (Permanent From Loan)

Cost cutting backup option for Arsenal, not on massive wages by premier league standards and has well over 100 premier league appearances worth of experience from his time at Southampton.

Timo Werner (24/ST/Germany) RB Leipzig > Chelsea - £47.5m

Another big signing for Chelsea as they get what should be a reliable goalscorer in Werner who had an excellent scoring record in the Bundesliga. Seems really well suited to premier league football too.

Helder Costa (26/RW/Portugal) > Wolverhampton Wanderers > Leeds United - £16m (Permanent From Loan)

Costa has proven to be a very good Championship winger during a couple of promotion seasons now, but couldn't quite manage to make it happen as a premier league player when Wolves came up, he's got a second crack at it with Leeds, so lets hope it goes better for him.

Anthony Knockaert (28/AM/France) - Brighton > Fulham - £12m (Permanent From Loan)

Another player who's struggled to make the grade as a consistent premier league player despite being consistently excellent in the Championship. Served his purpose in helping Fulham get back to the top flight, be interesting whether he manages to stay here with them or ends up fading into the background again.

Wes Foderingham (GK/29/England) Rangers > Sheffield United - Free

Having spent quite a few years in the SPL and been Rangers number one for a while, Foderingham returns to England to take a premier league back up keeper job. Can't see him playing much but should be reasonable if called upon.

Nathan Ferguson (19/DF/England) - West Brom > Crystal Palace - Free

WBA didn't manage to tie this young lad who broke into their team last season to a contract, so he'll potentially be playing against them for Palace instead.

Illan Meslier (20/GK/France) - Lorient > Leeds United - £4.5m (Permanent From Loan)

Young French keeper who got into the Leeds first team ahead of Kiko Casilla towards the end of last season and earned himself a permanent deal, not sure if he'll get to hold onto the starting spot for next season, but seems talented.

Tomas Soucek (25/CM/Czech Republic) - Slavia Prague > West Ham United - £15m (Permanent From Loan)

West Ham were always going to activate the buying option on this guy who was absolutely key to them staying up last season. Seems to play a bit like Fellaini did under Moyes, absolute bargain at that price.

Adam Lallana (32/AM/England) Liverpool > Brighton - Free

Obviously there are fitness concerns with Lallana, but if he can stay fit and be a first team regular then this could well be an inspired pick up. Very cultured player, who give his style of play should still be effective in his 30s.

Joel Veltman (28/DF/Holland) Ajax > Brighton - £4.5m

Seems decent business from Brighton to pick up a player with a great level of champions league and international experience as well as a good deal of defensive versatility up for a very reasonable price.

Ferran Torres (20/AM/Spain) Valencia > Man City - £21m

The unenviable task of replacing David Silva/Leroy Sane falls to this guy, but he's earned rave reviews for his performances for Valencia and has just broken into the Spain squad, so perhaps he's up to it.

Nathan Ake (25/DF/Holland) Bournemouth > Man City - £41m

Pep wanted a versatile defensive option and Ake seems to be the man. Can play well anywhere along the backline and has a wealth of premier league experience already. Seems to have been around forever, but he's still only 25.

Joe Geldhart (18/ST/England) Wigan > Leeds - £4m

Stacked Joe Geldhart joins Leeds from Wigan, seems an absolute bulldozer of a young forward. Dunno how much he'll play this season and probably more one for the future.

Kostas Tsimikas (24/LB/Greece) - Olympiacos > Liverpool - £11.75m

Talented Greek LB joins Liverpool, but will have to be back up for one of the best LB's in the world in Robertson. Looks like he'll provide good quality back-up and seems to have come on leaps and bounds in recent seasons. Also looks a tiny bit like Roberto Firmino in my opinion.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg (25/CM/Denmark) - Southampton > Spurs - £15m

Southampton back in the business of losing players to big teams again as their captain leaves for Spurs. I'm not convinced he'll be anything more than a rotational option there unless Ndombele leaves, but he's a decent squad player for them imo.

Kyle Walker-Peters (23/RB/England) Spurs > Southampton - £12m (Permanent From Loan)

The other side of what was basically a swap deal with a little bit of cash involved. KWP should now get the chance to develop as a permanent starter which is good for him as he's good enough to be one, just probably not for a top six side.

Mohammed Salisu (21/CB/Ghana) Valladolid > Southampton - £10.9m

This seems like it could be a bit of a bargain from what I've read and the little I've seen. Looks like a strong, young defender who could easily develop into someone that Southampton sell for a massive profit in a couple of years.

Willian (32/AM/Brazil) - Chelsea > Arsenal - Free

Interesting signing, Willian is getting older but last season was actually one of his most productive seasons since arriving in England. Could well still have a lot to offer.
