According to France Prres News Agency England has been disqualified from WC 2002. Three players - David Beckham, Gary Neville and Emil Heskey tested for nyandroline - a steroid known to enhance a players's speed. The players were part of a randon testing procedure designed to detect steroid use among World Cup nations. Other countries tested included Japan, France, Slovenia and Porutgal. No other players tested positive so far.
Still no word on what team will replace England in this summers's World Cup!
