The fourth edition of the indoor championships and this year it will be played in Zadar unlike the previous three times where the matches were played in Zagreb. The tournament starts tomorrow and it will conclude on January 11. The matches will be broadcatsed on HRT, but only on the weekend apparently.

On January 10, the top three of each group will play each other for the entire day. The top four then move on to the semi-finals which will be played the following day. The 3rd place match and finals will be played on Sunday January 11.

Hajduk will be missing some key players for this tournament as they decided to rest guys like Kalinic, Andric, Skoko, Rubil and Zivkovic. Dinamo will be without Mikic who is awaiting a transfer in Japan. Varteks have already stated that this tournament is not important for them and will bring mainly youngsters and will only bring 13 players. Hopefully more clubs release their squad later, here are the ones that did already

also I read that one less player will be used on the field :thmbup: good job if its true, the past few times I watched it seemed way too crowded, not enough room to move because so many players on the field

Group B gets off to an interesting start today with Dinamo losing and Varteks - Osijek playing to a 6:6 draw

so dinamo lose again. of course i didn't see any games but just by following the results the feeling i get is that dinamo is intentionally bombing dvoransko prvenstvo. imo they don't want to be there so they're not really trying to stay in there for too long.

they will still advance though it looks like, they play Varteks in the final match and they only brought 13 players :howler:

they have the whole arena against them every night, and apparently their team bus was stoned :D

They need to move this tournament to a very neutral venue :pp
