I agree they both suck and all....
but I just want to remind the world that the South American qualifiers are the toughest in the world. A 1-0 loss to Chile away isnt so bad. And a win and a tie in 2 rounds of play is not bad either, in fact its whats expected for the top teams (a win at home, and a tie away).

just wanted to throw that out there before we all agree that they both suck.

I guess all the sucking up of Kaka being the Saviour and Robinho being great is too much for their small talent and stupid heads.
this is an exagerration. They are both class players, but the current system forces them to individuality. there are no players to pass to in this slow, motionless team. A pass to running Maicon can only be done so many times in a game... and they tried it 1000 times. Not only that, reallying on crosses from Maicon all the time is also a problem. Where is the penetration in the middle?

You can not possibly be serious. This has got to be one of the dumbest things I ever read.
Since you usually post the dumbest things, I'll take this as a compliment...

South American qualifers have a couple of things the European qualifiers dont:
2 extra days of travel JUST to get to the right place (including there and back)- this means more fatigue, and less time to train, since most player are running the leagues in Europe ;)
3 locations with different altitude 3 games out of 18
2 WC winning teams to face 4 out of the 18 rounds, and 2 teams that probably will make it into the round of 16 (uruguay/paraguay) thats 4 out of 10 rounds of tough matches. That means that half of the games you have to be vigillant.
So the final math is: 11 games where any team in the world can win or lose out of 18... It's not that easy.
