Here in USA, I dont get to watch much soccer. I get to watch probably one or two games during the weekend and thats it. However when I was in Zimbabwe, I used to watch atleast four to five soccer matches a week, several soccer highlight shows and of course the Sky Sports News.

I'm a huge fan of all soccer all over Europe, so I try to watch as much as I can take in and learn more and more about the game and become aware of teams and players in other leagues.

Hell Yes!

Scottish league, English league, Spanish league, Italian league, Argentine league, plus Brazilian league when I can, catch whatever highlights of other European leagues when I can, continental competitions, International competitions.

Hell, I'd watch young girls play football if I didn't have that restraining order.

most probably about 80% of the things i watch on t.v. are soccer-related..... course, i do watch some other stuff, like comedies, and some movies........

But i do say that when football season is over, i get really, really, really bored....... Coz only then do you realise that there is absolutely NOTHING worthwhile to watch on t.v. ....

Good point.

I don't watch a lot of TV, football matches are about the only times I watch TV and I usually do so in a pub. In the UK I don't have satellite TV so Premiership matches I have to watch in a pub, I like the atmosphere too. FA Cup matches and international matches I can get on non-satellite TV but I'd still go to a pub to watch them, it beats watching games at home any other day. :)

Now in the US, I hardly watch TV, except for Late Night with Conan O'Brien. They don't telecast football matches on non-satellite TV here, and my university has a stipulated cable channel package which does not include ESPN2 that shows the EPL matches, so I have to watch them on my laptop. :(

Late Night with Conan O'Brien airs at around 12.30am, which is just about the time I take a break from doing my work.

Watching football on my laptop sucks big time, but it is better than nothing. :( For a few months I couldn't watch any football at all, that was a shite period alright. But after I discovered the Video Clips forum and that they post links to full games there, I was ecstatic. ;)

This's what I watch

Football(every chance I have)
My wife and kids
The Simpsons
Family Guy(when it's on)
Music channels(base)
Wrestling(occasionally)

If any of these progams clash with football they can go away!!!

I watch football whenever its on (I only have channels 1-5 so that isn't much) unless Manchester United are playing against a crap team. Man Utd. bore me, I'd watch Chelsea, Arsenal or whatever. I wish ITV would show some other teams as main games for the highlights. Its the top three all teh time!!! I turn away when Man Utd are on.

I usually miss Soccer Sunday (Lower league round-up) but I always cath Champions League weekly, On the Ball and Football Focus (both football talk shows). Football is basically the only thing I watch on TV apart from Simpsons and whenever good films are on. Break Point was good last night, did anyone see that? ;)
