Atlético bought him last year from Braga and he was on loan at Celta during last season. He could be the clubs fourth striker unless he doesn't get loaned out again. I know Málaga tried to loan him for next season but wouldn't it be better to actually make him the fourth striker instead?

He's a great player on his day but a hot-head as well, scored 5 goals in 29 games for Celta last year and was sent off three times! Anyways, he's got more experience than Roberto Batres, so let's see..

Diego Costa is capable of great things, but he really needs to get more consistent, so maybe a loan is better after all. Anyways, here's the famous goal against Numancia last season:

Yes, but he's more of a supporting striker to me, anyways, I think he'd do allright as fourth striker.

I wonder if Aguirre wants a fourth striker because we've got a player that could fill that position, but then again, maybe it would be better to loan him out to Málaga next season.

He get a lot more playing time over there.
