He is better then Hiddink......Hiddink work in russia nt is poor.

But advocaat was a moron by not taking off pogrebnyak.

I wonder if Hiddink will use Zenit line up now?they have 7-8 russians there.

C'mon, without Hiddink Russia wouldn't have qualified for EURO 2008. ;)

Good for Advocaat he has succes with Zenit.
In Holland he still has a bad name because of EURO 2004.
Not really fair because he brought us to the semi-finals then.
With a lot of luck that is, but it's still the result that counts in the end.

If were talking about Dutch top coaches, this would be my top 3.

1. Guus Hiddink
2. Leo Beenhakker
3. Dick Advocaat
Zenit plays better then Russia.

What Hiddink should do is to put 6 or 7 zenit players in the line up.

Remember when CSKA won the UEFA Cup? That was Sibneft sponsoring them, now known as Gazprom.
Gazprom was always Gazprom...sponsor zenit since a long time because the headquarters are in st.petersburg.

It's strange though.
Schalke also are sponsored by Gazprom and they've hardly spent a penny despite having one of the biggest sponsorship deals in Europe.
How will Uefa do btw?Zenit is qualified for champions league next season, schalke is on his way......same sponsor can not play both in the same competition.

And Paraiso Gazprom is well knowed in europe and in the world, number one gas companie.

Hiddink > Advocaat

-Hiddink has much more success in his career.
-Hiddink handles the media way better.
-Hiddink can make any team perform above their level, Advocaat can only perform with good players and money.
-Hiddink has ethics, Advocaat ditched Australia NT for money in Russia.
Well Zenit»Australia....Advocaat will only go coach Australia nt for money.

Hiddink is clueless about russian football and the rus nt job is more harder then a club in Russia,he may have done a good job in a rus club but not in the nt.

Not only does Advocaat have a bit of Hiddink in him, but I'd also say Wenger.

Can anyone remember seeing a side play so fluidly as Zenit? some of the combinations you saw in the earlier rounds :proud:
Feyenoord......back in 2002.:pp:)
