What a win for my AS Ripi...the boys really rescued me from the disaster of leaving Salihamidzic on the bench!!! roud: I'm telling you today felt so real for me. My guys are not in their best form along with all the injuries to my squad, but everyone contributed and kept fighting until the end to try and grab this XT Scudetto. Malta and I had a 1-1 draw locked up until Loria (!) scored a huge goal in the 88th minute for me. I then knew I had Cambiasso left and Malta had Vieira...but what was the likelihood of Vieira scoring a goal or assist (so I thought). Well Vieira decides to play his best match of the season and was robbed of 2 goals by Frey....but he eventually gets his assist to tie my match at 2-2....but his assist was to Cambiasso!!! So Loria and Cambiasso rescue me and I escape with a 3-2 win!!! But great match to Parma Malta as well. :thumbsup:

So this is the situation...I am pretty sure saviola beat Marco, so I am 7 points ahead with 2 matches plus the rescheduled match on Wednesday remaining. Right now saviola-Pietro are tied, if the result is a draw or a Pietro win, AS Ripi are crowned 2007/08 XT Italian Champions. If saviola wins, I have a 5 point lead with 2 games remaining.
