It looks like Davids is going to leave Juve. He's been linked with Barcelona, ROma and Lazio.

I just can't understand why Juve wants to buy Nesta and sacrifice Davids for it. We just have to strengthen our midfield.

Well, for what I read, I believe (I could be wrong here) that is not Juve who wants Davids out, its Davids who wants to leave Juve.
If thats the case, we should make the best deal posible for Juve.
And if thats the case, like I said before, I will be disapointed about Davids

The fact is that Davids has asked for a transfer, in fact, I'm not sure asked is the right word - more like he DEMANDED a transfer.

It's difficult to understand his motive. We can only assume that it's the relationship between him and Lippi. He wants to go to Roma by all accounts, if he wants to go, fine - but we decide who to and it should not be to another Italian team.

i dont mind if he joins another italian team, provided we get what we want from them. ie. if lazio want him, we should be asking for Nesta to come our way somehow. if roma want him, we should ask for a player like Emerson, Tomassi or even Candela who we need.

If we sell him to Spain, we really wont get any benefits for him.

We need to swap him to get players which we need, even if that means seeling him to rival italian clubs.
